ORDER

  1. This order shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1968.
  2. The boundaries of the Inner Area of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District are hereby altered so as to include in the inner area the areas described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, situated in the Waitakere Riding of the Waitemata County, Block II, Titirangi Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Opanuku Stream in line with the south-western side of Boundary Road and proceeding to and along that south-western side and continuing southerly generally along the boundary of the Inner Area of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District as described in the eleventh part of the Third Schedule to the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960 to the southern angle in the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 34656, and continuing along the eastern boundary of that lot and along the south-western and north-western boundaries of that lot to Henderson Valley Road; thence along a right line to the southernmost corner of Lot 11, D.P. 44111, and north-westerly along the north-eastern side of the said road to and along the south-eastern and eastern boundaries of Lot 4, D.P. 48479, and along the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the stream forming the north-western boundary of Lot 31, D.P. 44111; thence down the middle of that stream to and down the middle of the Opanuku Stream to the point of commencement.

The Manurewa High Schools Board of Governors Order 1968

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to sections 50 and 51 of the Education Act 1964, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Manurewa High Schools Board of Governors Order 1968.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1968.
  2. The Manurewa High Schools Board of Governors shall be constituted as follows.
    (a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education Board;
    (b) Four members elected by the parents of the pupils attending Manurewa High School;
    (c) Four members elected by the parents of the pupils attending James Cook High School;
    (d) One member appointed by the Manukau City Council;
    (e) One member co-opted by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit.
  3. The Manurewa High School Board of Governors Order 1962* is hereby revoked.

PURSUANT to the Valuation of Land Act 1951, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs that the District Valuation Rolls for the districts enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be revised by the Valuer-General as at 1 February 1968.

SCHEDULE
Boroughs—Murupara, Kawerau, Ngaruawahia, Blenheim, Dargaville.
Counties—Patangata, Wairarapa South, Akitio.
