Crown Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

Being

A. R. P.
0 0 24.8 Lot 1, D.P. 22308, part Rural Section 7026, situated in the City of Christchurch, and being part C.T. 3A/207, subject to a building-line condition imposed by memorandum of acceptance 549341.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of August 1968.

Land Taken for Road in Block III, Motuotaraia Survey District, Patangata County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of August 1968.

SCHEDULE

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block III, Motuotaraia Survey District, Patangata County, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:

0 1 32.7 Part Lot 2, Deeds Plan 553, being part Block 56, Waipukurau Crown Grant District; coloured orange on plan.
0 1 29.4 Part Lot 3, Deeds Plan 553, being part Block 56, Waipukurau Crown Grant District; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21965 (S.O. 5391) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of August 1968.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 35.5 perches situated in Block III, Motuotaraia Survey District, Waipukurau County, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part Lot 2, Deeds Plan 553, being part Block 59, Waipukurau Crown Grant District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21965 (S.O. 5391) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of July 1968.

Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of Road at Otokia

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that the said road shall be under the control of the Taieri County Council and shall be maintained by the said council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said council.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land allocated to road:

1 2 04.4 Part River Section 1, East Taieri Survey District; Taieri County (S.O. 16558).

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 22745 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
