1945, I, Robert David Muldoon, Minister of Finance, hereby
reappoint Frank Stewart Taylor, of Christchurch, and William
Gordon Victor Fernie, of Christchurch, as members of the
Board of Directors of the Bank of New Zealand for a term
of 3 years, commencing on the 15th day of July 1968.
