certificate of title, No. B1/1254, Taranaki Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-

Declaring Land in Canterbury Land District, Vested in the
Canterbury Education Board as a Site for a School, to be
Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and de-
clare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a site
for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed
and discharged from every educational trust affecting the
same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or ease-
ments affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT--GERALDINE COUNTY
RESERVE 2520, situated in Block III, Geraldine Survey District:
area, 39 acres 2 roods 31 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan
2497). Reserve 2692, situated in Blocks III and IV, Geraldine
Survey District: area, 41 acres 1 rood 35 perches, more or
less. All certificate of title, Volume 121, folio 18 (S.O. Plan
867).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this

    be included in the district of the Borough of Mount
    Maunganui.

Authorising Tauranga Harbour Board to Reclaim from
Tauranga Harbour

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 185 of the Harbours Act 1950, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises
the Tauranga Harbour Board to reclaim from Tauranga Har-
bour an area of 1 acre 3 roods 3 perches, as shown outlined
in red on S.O. Plan 43390, now numbered M.D. 12935, and
deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Welling-
ton; being part Crown sea bed and part foreshore, described
in the Tauranga Foreshore Vesting and Empowering Act 1915:
provided that the work is carried out in the manner shown
on Tauranga Harbour Board plan sheets B. 58.03 and C. 9206,
now numbered M.D. 12936, and deposited in the office of
the Marine Department at Wellington: and provided that
the whole work is completed by 30 November 1969, in the
manner prescribed by the said Act.

the reclamation by the Marlborough Harbour Board from the
foreshore and sea bed in Waikawa Bay, Queen Charlotte
Sound, of the land containing 1 acre 0 roods 15.7 perches, as
shown on S.O. Plan 4764 now numbered M.D. 12934, and
deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

of the Executive Council*, hereby revokes the Order in Council
signed on 19 February 1968, validating the reclamation from
Waikawa Bay, Queen Charlotte Sound, of an area of foreshore
and sea bed containing 1 acre 3 roods 10 perches, as shown
on plan marked M.D. 12492.
