Dissolution of Partnership

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership lately subsisting
between us in the business of earthmoving agricultural and
general contractors, carried on under the style "Body and
Leach", was dissolved by mutual consent on the 22nd day
of July 1968. All debts due to or accounts against the said
firm will be received by the firm at the offices of Messrs
Seath and Aston, Public Accountants, Manuaute Street (P.O.
Box 109), Taumarunui.

TE PUKE BOROUGH COUNCIL

Special Order Increasing Membership of Council by One

THAT the Te Puke Borough Council, in exercise of the powers
conferred on it by section 53 (2) of the Municipal Corpora-
tions Act 1954, and being of the opinion that the business of
the Council will be executed more effectively thereby, hereby
resolves, by way of special order to increase from six (6) to
seven (7), the number of councillors on the Te Puke Borough
Council.

That the increase in the number of councillors made pur-
suant to this special order shall take effect at, and in respect
of, the triennial general election of members of the Te Puke
Borough Council to be held on 12 October 1968.

The aforementioned resolution, after due public notice
thereof, was submitted to, and confirmed by, the Council at a
meeting held on 24 June 1968; the Common Seal of the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Te Puke being
affixed hereto in the presence of:

CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL

Election of Member to Canterbury Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to the provisions of sections 36 and 40 of the Sale
of Liquor Act 1962, public notice is hereby given that the
Christchurch City Council has filled an extraordinary vacancy
of the Canterbury Licensing Committee, caused by the
resignation of William Ernest Olds, by the appointment of
Peter Jensen Reid Skellerup
as a member of such Committee.

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

Subscriptions--The subscription is at the rate of $14 per
calendar year, including postage, payable in advance.
Single copies available as issued.
The price of each Gazette varies and is printed thereon.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday
evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be
received by the Government Printer before 12 o'clock of the
day preceding publication.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 10c per line.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing)
subscription $6 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
$5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936-37 and
1939-42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
The price of each regulation is printed thereon.
