6. Any person who intends to tender evidence should comply with the "Notes for Guidance of Witnesses", which have been prepared by the Board. A copy of these notes may be obtained from the under-named.
7. Twelve copies of a typewritten statement of the evidence to be tendered, compiled in accordance with these notes, should be lodged with the under-named not later than Tuesday, 10 September 1968. Each statement will need to be presented under oath at the Public Inquiry by the person tendering it.

Assignment of Foreshore Licence for Fish Freezing Works at Halfmoon Bay, Stewart Island
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Secretary for Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted to Fish Freezers Ltd., of Invercargill, on 14 June 1962, to use and occupy part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Halfmoon Bay, Stewart Island, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a fish freezing works, is hereby assigned to Skeggs Foods International Ltd.

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Secretary for Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted to Stewart Island Fish Packing and Storage Co. Ltd., of Invercargill, on 24 September 1964, to use and occupy part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Halfmoon Bay, Stewart Island, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boatshed and slip, is hereby assigned to Skeggs Foods International Ltd.

Decision and Report of Indecent Publications Tribunal
In the matter of the Indecent Publications Act 1963 and in the matter of a reference to the Tribunal under section 12 (1) of the said Act by the Magistrate's Court at Auckland for a decision and report in terms of the said section in respect of certain books, the titles and particulars of which are set out in the decision and report hereunder:
DECISION AND REPORT
THE books were seized under a search warrant issued under section 25 (1) of the Act, and Waverley Publishing Co. Ltd., of Auckland, was summoned before the Magistrate's Court at Auckland to show cause why the said books should not be destroyed. The question of their indecency having arisen in these proceedings, the Tribunal is required to make a decision and report in terms of section 12 (1) in respect of each of the said books.
