the Traffic Regulations 1956

reflectors of the make and type described in the Schedule

Tariff and Development Board Notice No. 67—Public Inquiry
into Import Duties on Yarn of Discontinuous Acrylic
(Including Modacrylic) Fibres Weighing Not More Than
150 Grams per 9,000 Metres

1. Following the receipt by the Minister of Industries and
   Commerce of a report from the Emergency Protection
   Authority, pursuant to section 10p of the Tariff and Develop-
   ment Board Act 1961, the existing Customs duty and exemption
   from duty were suspended and temporary Customs duties
   were imposed on certain yarn of acrylic (including modacrylic)
   fibres weighing not more than 150 grams per 9,000 metres.

2. The Minister of Industries and Commerce has, in accord-
   ance with the provisions of section 10E of the Tariff and
   Development Board Act 1961, referred to the Board for
   inquiry and report the question whether any new or increased
   duty (relative to the duty and the exemption from duty in
   force prior to the imposition of the temporary duties now in
   operation) is necessary in respect of the goods concerned.
3. The goods in question are classified in the tariff item
   shown below:
