AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Auckland City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute a certain public work, namely, resubdivision and improvement in a reclamation area (proclaimed under Part II of the Housing Improvement Act 1945) in the City of Auckland, and, for the purpose of such public work, the fee simple estates in the lands firstly to sixthly described in the Schedule hereto and the leasehold estate in the land seventhly described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands in respect of which the interests above described are so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the City Valuer's Department, Civic Administration Building, Auckland, and is open for public inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

Every person affected who wishes to make any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said interests in the said lands (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) must state his objection in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk, Civic Administration Building, Auckland.

If any objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

All the fee simple estate in those pieces of land containing,
firstly, 7.3 perches, more or less, being part of Allotments 23 and 24 of Section 44, City of Auckland, being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 861, folio 6, North Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels), and situated at 84 Hepburn Street, Auckland; secondly, 9.4 perches, more or less, being part of Allotment 23 of Section 44, City of Auckland, being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 596, folio 264, North Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels), and situated at 52 Napier Street, Auckland;
thirdly, 12.5 perches, more or less, being Lot 20, Deeds Plan City 9, being part Allotments 24, 25, and 26 of Section 44, City of Auckland, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 596, folio 263, North Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels and title), and situated at 13 Sheridan Street, Auckland; fourthly, 20 perches, more or less, being part of Allotments 28 and 29 of Section 44, City of Auckland, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 596, folio 281, North Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels), and situated at 72 Napier Street, Auckland; fifthly, 11.9 perches, more or less, being Lot 7, Deposited Plan 29502, being part of Allotment 34 of Section 44, City of Auckland, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 732, folio 154, North Auckland Land Registry, situated at 71 Franklin Road, Auckland; sixthly, 11.4 perches, more or less, being part of Allotment 36 of Section 44, City of Auckland, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title No. 2D/329, North Auckland Land Registry, and situated at 61 Franklin Road, Auckland; seventhly, all the leasehold estate under and by virtue of an agreement to lease, dated 20 October 1966, wherein Conway Fletcher Ltd. is lessee in respect of all that piece of land containing 11.6 perches, more or less, being part of Allotment 36 of Section 44, City of Auckland, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 596, folio 298, North Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels), and situated at 59 Franklin Road, Auckland.

WAITOMO COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waitomo County Council proposes, under the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the First Schedule hereto for road and to stop portions of the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and notice is further given that plans of the land so required to be taken are deposited in the public office of the clerk of the above Council, situated at Te Kuiti, and are open for public inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the taking of the said land or the stopping of portions of the said road, who have any objections thereto, must state their objections in writing and lodge same at the office of the County Clerk within 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice. A public hearing of objections will be held, unless the objectors otherwise require, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing. At the hearing of any objection the objector shall be advised of the reasons for the proposed taking.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that the Rangitikei County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road, and for the purposes of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken:

And notice is hereby further given that the plan showing the land so required to be taken is deposited in the offices of Messrs Evans, Easther, Harris, and Goodman, Solicitors, 335 Wellington Road, Marton, and is there open for inspection, without fee, during ordinary office hours:

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to Messrs Evans, Easther, Harris, and Goodman, at the above address.

If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
