Blanks for making spoons, forks, butter-knives, and fish eaters, falling within Tariff items 82.14.01 and 82.14.09.

Officers Authorised to Take and Receive Statutory Declarations

Magistrates' Courts Act 1947—Transfer of Portion of Civil Records of the Magistrates' Courts at Cambridge and Otorohanga
WHEREAS on and from the 31st day of August 1968, the Magistrates' Courts at Cambridge and Otorohanga will have jurisdiction in respect of criminal matters, in respect of matters arising under the Destitute Persons Act 1910, or under any rules or regulations made under that Act, and in respect of matters arising under the Imprisonment for Debt Limitation Act 1908, or under any rules made as respects Magistrates' Courts, pursuant to section 2 of that Act:
Now, therefore, I do direct that all records in respect of other matters be delivered, in so far as the Magistrate's Court at Cambridge is concerned, to the Registrar of the Magistrate's Court at Hamilton, and in so far as the Magistrate's Court at Otorohanga is concerned, to the Registrar of the Magistrate's Court at Te Kuiti.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land, Subject to the Land Act 1948
PURSUANT to the Iron and Steel Industry Act 1959, the Minister of Mines hereby gives the following notice.

THE land described in the Schedule hereunder is hereby declared to be Crown land, subject to the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

ALL that piece of land containing 15 acres 1 rood 28.3 perches situated in Block XIII, Awhitu Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part of Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 35970; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked Mines (S.O. 45648) deposited in the office of the Minister of Mines at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

THE following conditions of the award of the Nobel Peace Prize for 1969 are published for general information.

NOBEL PEACE PRIZE
ALL proposals of candidates for the Nobel Peace Prize, which is to be distributed 10 December 1969, must, in order to be taken into consideration, be laid before the Nobel Committee of the Norwegian Parliament by a duly qualified person before the 1st day of February 1969.
Any one of the following persons is held to be duly qualified:
(a) Members and late members of the Nobel Committee of the Norwegian Parliament, as well as the advisers appointed at the Norwegian Nobel Institute;
(b) Members of parliament and members of government of the different States, as well as members of the Inter-parliamentary Union;
(c) Members of the International Arbitration Court at the Hague;
(d) Members and associates of the Institute of International Law;
(e) Members of the executive committee of the International Peace Bureau;
(f) University professors of political science and of law, of history and of philosophy; and
(g) Persons who have received the Nobel Peace Prize.
The Nobel Peace Prize may also be accorded to institutions or associations.
