(b) That the sum of $900 shall be payable on the 15th day of July 1993, or such earlier date as may be determined by Council.
(c) That, for the purpose of providing interest, principal, and other charges on the Redemption Loan No. 6, 1968, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0.001c in the $ on the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property within the Glenfield County Town Separate Rating Area; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate through the currency of the loan and payable yearly on the 1st day of June each year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
(d) That authority be granted to gazette this resolution.

WAITEMATA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING A SPECIAL RATE
Redemption Loan No. 7, 1968
THAT, whereas the sum of $10,260 borrowed by the Waitemata County Council under the Water Supply Development Loan No. 1, 1960, $760,000, is due and payable on the 15th day of July 1968, and whereas the amount repaid in respect of the said loan amounts to only $900 and the sum of $9,360 is required to pay for the said loan, the Waitemata County Council, in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, hereby resolves:
(a) To borrow the sum of $9,360 for the purpose of repaying the said loan.
(b) That the sum of $9,360 shall be payable on the 15th day of July 1993, or such earlier date as may be determined by Council.
(c) That, for the purpose of providing interest, principal, and other charges on the Redemption Loan No. 7, 1968, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0.0012c in the $ on the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property within the Waitemata County Council; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate through the currency of the loan and payable yearly on the 1st day of June each year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
(d) That authority be granted to gazette this resolution.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Redemption Loan No. 8, 1968
THAT, whereas the sum of $13,000, borrowed by the Waitemata County Council under the Titirangi and Waikumete “A” Sewerage Loan 1962, $606,000, is due and payable on the 15th day of July 1968, and whereas the amount repaid in respect of the said loan amounts to only $1,200 and the sum of $11,800 is required to pay for the said loan, the Waitemata County Council, in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, hereby resolves:
(a) To borrow the sum of $11,800 for the purpose of repaying the said loan.
(b) That the sum of $11,800 shall be payable on the 15th day of July 1993, or such earlier date as may be determined by Council.
(c) That, for the purpose of providing interest, principal, and other charges on the Redemption Loan No. 8, 1968, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0.032c in the $ on the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property within the Titirangi and Waikumete “A” Special Rating Area; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate through the currency of the loan and payable yearly on the 1st day of June each year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

THAT, whereas the sum of $8,000, borrowed by the Waitemata County Council under the Waikumete “B” and Waipareira “A” Sewerage Loan 1962, $314,000, is due and payable on the 15th day of July 1968, and whereas the amount repaid in respect of the said loan amounts to only $700 and the sum of $7,300 is required to pay for the said loan, the Waitemata County Council, in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, hereby resolves:
(a) To borrow the sum of $7,300 for the purpose of repaying the said loan.
(b) That the sum of $7,300 shall be payable on the 15th day of July 1993, or such earlier date as may be determined by Council.
(c) That, for the purpose of providing interest, principal, and other charges on the Redemption Loan No. 9, 1968, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0.044c in the $ on the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property within the Waikumete “B” and Waipareira “A” Special Rating Areas; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate through the currency of the loan and payable yearly on the 1st day of June each year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Tauranga County Council hereby resolved as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges of the Bulk Water Supply (No. 4) Loan 1968—$570,000, authorised to be raised by the Tauranga County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing a water supply to rural properties in the Tahawai, Apata, Pahoia, Te Puna, and Bethlehem districts of the County of Tauranga, the said Tauranga County Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal two three cents (.23c) in the dollar upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the County of Tauranga; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Tauranga County Council held on the 1st day of July 1968.

TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION TO MAKE SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Tauranga County Council hereby resolved as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges of the Rural Housing Loan 1968—$100,000, authorised to be raised by the Tauranga County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of making advances to farmers in terms of the Rural Housing Act 1939, the said Tauranga County Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought three five five cents (.0355c) in the dollar upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the County of Tauranga; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Tauranga County Council held on the 1st day of July 1968.
