PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and also hereby declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Port Chalmers from and after the 8th day of July 1968.

Notice Respecting Proposed Exclusion of an Area from Te Rapa Drainage District
It is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General, pursuant to section 3 of the Land Drainage Act 1908, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto be excluded from the Te Rapa Drainage District. All persons affected who object to the proposed alteration of boundaries are hereby called upon to lodge any objections to, or petitions against, the proposed alteration with the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington, within 1 month from the date of publication of this notice.
