Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, Vested
in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public
School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the Auckland Education Board as a site for
a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the
same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or
easements affecting the same, at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—HOWICK BOROUGH
PART Allotment 2, and Allotment 3, Section 2, Small Farms
near Howick, situated in Block III, Otahuhu Survey District:
Total area, 5 acres 1 rood 25.7 perches, more or less. Part
certificate of title, Volume 636, folio 137. (S.O. 45753).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 27th day of June 1968.

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur
Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule
hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
WAITAKI COUNTY

SECTION 67, Block VIII, Otepopo Survey District: Area, 5
acres and 30 perches, more or less (S.O. 16026).

As shown on plan No. S. 136/2 deposited in the Head Office
of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon
edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 24th day of June 1968.

for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting
the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or
easements affecting the same, at the date hereof.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—CITY OF INVERCARGILL
PART Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 8 or 16, being also part Section 33,
Block XIX, Invercargill Hundred. Area 28.8 perches, more
or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 100, folio 28.

GREY COUNTY

RESERVE 919, situated in Blocks III and IV, Turiwhate Sur-
vey District: Area, 350 acres, more or less (S.O. Plan 795L).
As shown on plan No. S. 51/2 deposited in the Head
Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
24th day of June 1968.
