The Traffic (Waikato County) Notice No. 3, 1968

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waikato County) Notice No. 3, 1968.
2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and Regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956* dated the 30th day of October 1962† which relates to Rangiriri in Waikato County is hereby revoked.

The Traffic (Waitaki County) Notice No. 2, 1968

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waitaki County) Notice No. 2, 1968.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purposes of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

Cancellation of the Vesting of Control in the Minister Having the Administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908, and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting of the control in the Minister having the administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908, and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for scenic purposes described in the Schedule hereto.
