Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block II, South Molyneux
Survey District, Clutha County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after
the 1st day of July 1968.

of Turangi.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block V, Opoutahi
Survey District, Tauranga County for Road

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provi-
sions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the
land described in the Schedule hereto: and notice is hereby
further given that the plan of the land so required to be
taken is deposited in the post office at Tauranga and is there
open for inspection; that all persons affected by the taking of
the said land should, if they have any objections to the taking
of the said land, not being objections to the amount or pay-
ment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and
send the written objection within 40 days of the first publica-
tion of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington;
and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this
notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless
the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be
advised of the time and place of the hearing.
