HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Land and Income Tax Act 1954, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Income Tax (Cook Islands Development Projects) Order 1964, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Income Tax (Cook Islands Development Projects) Order 1964* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).
- Clause 2 of the principal order is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:
"(c) In the case of the company named in Part C of the Schedule to this order, with respect to the tax on income derived in the income year that commenced on the 1st day of April 1967 and in every subsequent year." - The Schedule to the principal order is hereby amended by adding to Part B the words "Citco Motor Services Ltd."
- The Schedule to the principal order is hereby further amended by adding, as Part C, the following Part:
"PART C
"Cook Islands Trading Corporation Ltd."

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Waitomo Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1968.
- Subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, the Waitomo Electric Power Board (hereinafter referred to as "the licensee") is hereby authorised to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.
- The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electric Supply Regulations 1967 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961 shall be incorporated herein and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.
- The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and with all regulations made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor, except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.
- The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraph (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), and (j) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967. The system of supply authorised under paragraph (j) shall be a single-conductor earth-return system and the use thereof shall be subject to the terms and conditions laid down by the General Manager of the New Zealand Electricity Department.

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE
- This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined, continue in force until the 6th day of May 1989.
- The Order in Council dated the 8th day of May 1951, and published in the Gazette on the 10th day of the same month at page 639, authorising the licensee to erect and use electric lines is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
LINES for the supply of electrical energy by the systems of supply hereinbefore described within the Waitomo Electric Power District as defined in the Proclamation dated the 15th day of April 1964 and published in the Gazette on the 23rd day of the same month at page 690.

The Hawke's Bay Electric Power District Representation Order 1968

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 17th day of June 1968
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (i) This order may be cited as the Hawke's Bay Electric Power District Representation Order 1968.
(ii) This order shall come into force on the date of the next general election of members of local authorities. - The constituent districts of the Hawke's Bay Electric Power District, which are bracketed together in the first column of the Schedule hereto, shall be a combined district for the purposes of the said Act.
- The local authority of the constituent district distinguished in the first column of the said Schedule by the letter "(P)" shall be the principal local authority for the said combined district.
- The number of representatives of each constituent district or combined district of the Hawke's Bay Electric Power Board shall be the number specified in the Schedule hereto opposite the name of that constituent district or combined district.
- The Order in Council dated the 21st day of October 1959 and published in the Gazette on the 22nd day of the same month at page 1502, reapportioning representation on the Hawke's Bay Electric Power Board, is hereby revoked.

- Subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, the Otago Electric Power Board (hereinafter referred to as "the licensee") is hereby authorised to lay, construct, put up, place, and use electric lines, and to construct electric works within the area of supply described in the Schedule hereto.
