area for the purposes of section 50 of the said Act.

and 289 of the Parish of Matata (S.O. Plan 32810).

District: Area, 985 acres and 27.4 perches, more or less, as
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
L. and S. 36/1366A, deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regu-
lations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby gives
the following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
(Waipa County) Notice 1968. -
The Waipa County Council’s proposed classification of
the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved. -
So much of the Warrant dated the 8th day of June 1950†
as relates to the classification of the roads described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
Waipa County.
Roads Classified in Class One.
Avalon Drive.
Te Rapa-Te Kowhai Road (from No. 1 State Highway
(Awanui-Bluff) to Avalon Drive).

Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regu-
lations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby gives
the following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Roto-
rua County) Notice 1968. -
The Rotorua County Council’s proposed classification of
the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved. -
So much of the Warrant dated the 24th day of July 1950†
as relates to the classification of the roads described in the
