PURSUANT to section 15 of the Royal New Zealand Air Force Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve the following appointments, promotions, extensions of commissions, transfer, transfer to retired list, resignation, and retirements of officers of the Royal New Zealand Air Force.
RESERVE OF AIR FORCE OFFICERS
Transfer
Squadron Leader John Campbell Clift, M.SC., DIP.TCHG. (77256) is transferred from the Education Branch, Regular Air Force, to the Reserve of Air Force Officers for a period ending 30 October 1977, with effect from 6 May 1968.
Transfer to Retired List
Flight Lieutenant John Niven, M.B.E. (70407) is transferred to the Retired List “A”, with effect from 1 May 1968.
Resignation
Flying Officer Jack Desmond Magon (71481) is permitted to resign his commission, with effect from 9 May 1968.
AIR TRAINING CORPS
Appointments
Neville Edward Warsaw is granted a commission in the Air Training Corps in the rank of Pilot Officer for a period ending 28 April 1972, with seniority and effect from 29 April 1968.
David William Mansfield, B.SC., is granted a commission in the Air Training Corps in the rank of Pilot Officer for a period ending 30 April 1972, with seniority and effect from 1 May 1968.
Conrad Mark Petersen is granted a commission in the Air Training Corps in the rank of Pilot Officer for a period ending 30 April 1972, with seniority and effect from 1 May 1968.
Graham Barry Wright Wangford is granted a commission in the Air Training Corps in the rank of Pilot Officer for a period ending 12 May 1972, with seniority and effect from 13 May 1968.

PURSUANT to section 58 of the Judicature Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint
the Honourable Mr Justice Clifford Parris Richmond
to be an additional Judge of the Court of Appeal during the absence of the Honourable Mr Justice McCarthy, such appointment to take effect from and inclusive of 4 June 1968, and consequent upon such appointment has revoked the appointment of the Honourable Mr Justice George Innes McGregor as an additional Judge of the Court of Appeal, from and inclusive of that date.
