OHINEMURI COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of $9,750 authorised to be raised by the Ohinemuri
County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
purpose of acquiring and developing land for a motor camp,
the said Ohinemuri County Council hereby makes a special
rate of 0.08296 cents in the $ (on the basis of the unimproved
value) of all rateable land comprising the Waihi Beach
County Town situated in the County of Ohinemuri; and that
the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day
of September in each and every year during the currency
of the loan, being a period of 15 years, or until the loan is
fully paid off."

WANGANUI COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Wanganui County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of $80,000 authorised to be raised by the Wanganui
County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
purpose of purchasing a property containing substantial
deposits of metal for roading purposes to safeguard the
Council's source of supply, the said Wanganui County Council
hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought seven seven
two cents in the dollar (.0772) upon the capital value of all
rateable property within the County of Wanganui; and that
the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during
the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st
day of September in each and every year during the currency
of the loan, being a period of 10 years, or until the loan is
fully paid off."

OROUA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Ashhurst Water Supply Loan 1967-$112,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Oroua
County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of $112,000 authorised to be raised by the Oroua
County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
purposes of meeting the cost of a water supply for Ashhurst
County Town, the said Oroua County Council hereby makes
a special rate of three decimal two (3.2) cents in the dollar
of unimproved value of the Ashhurst County Town; and that
the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of the loan and be payable on the 1st day of April
each and every year during the currency of the loan, being
a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

CHRISTCHURCH DRAINAGE BOARD
SUBDISTRICT REDEFINED AND RENAMED
We, Gordon Alison Guy Connal, John Fisher Davidson, and
Frederick Reuben Price having been appointed by the Christ-
church Drainage Board an Electoral Commission in pursuance
of the provisions of section 8 of the Christchurch District
Drainage Act 1951 for the purpose of considering and re-
porting upon the necessity or otherwise of renaming and re-
defining the subdistricts of the said Board consequent upon
the union of the Counties of Halswell and Paparua do hereby
report that in terms of the said section we have determined:
That the name of the "Heathcote Halswell Subdistrict" be
changed to "Heathcote Sudistrict" and that in consequence
thereof the definition of the said subdistrict set out in the
First Schedule to the said Act as enacted by the Christchurch
District Drainage Amendment Act 1967 be amended by de-
leting from the definition of the said subdistrict all words
after the word "constituted" and substituting the words "as
lies within the district and that the said subdistrict shall in
such First Schedule hereafter be known as the "Heathcote Sub-
district".

NOTICE OF PRIVATE BILL
CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS TRUST BOARD
EMPOWERING AMENDMENT
IN the matter of the Standing Orders of the House of Repre-
sentatives relating to Private Bills and in the matter of a
Private Bill intituled "An Act to Amend the Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter-Day Saints Trust Board Empowering Act
1957".
Notice is hereby given that Rulon Gerald Craven, of
Auckland, the duly appointed Mission President of the
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in New Zealand
and the Chairman of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-
Day Saints Trust Board intends to present a petition to the
House of Representatives in Parliament assembled for the
passing of the above-mentioned Bill.
The objects of the Bill are:
(a) To repeal the existing rules of the said Board set forth
in the second part of the Schedule to the Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Trust Board
Empowering Act 1957;
(b) To proved a set of new rules for the said Board.
The promoter of the Bill is the above-named Rulon
Gerald Craven whose address is care of Messrs Luke,
Cunningham, and Clere, Solicitors, 166-168 Featherston
Street, Wellington, to which address all communications and
notices may be sent.
Printed copies of the Bill will be deposited in the Private
Bill Office, Parliament Buildings, Wellington, and the Bill
may be inspected at the office of Messrs Luke, Cunningham,
and Clere the appointed solicitors for the promoter at the
address aforesaid and also at the office of Messrs Sellar,
Bone, and Cowell, solicitors for the Board at their legal
office, Globe Chambers, 11 Swanson Street, Auckland.

(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
$5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936-37 and
1939-42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
