NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Wanganui County Council acting under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 proposes to execute a certain public work, namely, to take land for a road, and for the purpose of such work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required for such public work is deposited in the offices of Messrs Armstrong, Barton, Latham, and Hankins, Solicitors, 16 Wicksteed Place, Wanganui, and is open for inspection by all persons during office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of such public work who have any objection they may wish to make thereto must state their objection in writing and deliver it to the Clerk at the Wanganui County Council at Wanganui within 40 days from the first publication of this notice.

SCHEDULE
