(ii) Where his consent is required by reason only of the storage of dangerous goods of Class I or Class II or Class III in any underground tank having a capacity exceeding 5,000 gallons or any underground tanks having a total capacity exceeding 10,000 gallons in all where the following conditions are complied with: (a) Such underground tanks are installed on garage, service station, or similar premises and the dangerous goods are kept for purposes of retail sale. (b) The capacity of any such tank does not exceed 10,000 gallons and the total capacity of all such tanks on the same premises does not exceed 20,000 gallons. E. L.
