Licensing Manawatu Marine Boating Club Incorporated to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp in the Manawatu River at Foxton

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Manawatu Marine Boating Club Incorporated (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Manawatu River at Foxton as shown on plan marked M.D. 12849 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of June 1968.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6).

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work at Greymouth and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

Notifying the Exchange of Permanent State Forest Land in the Otago Land District for Other Land

Declaring Public Highway to be State Highway

Pursuant to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works, hereby gives notice that the public highways in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be State highways within the meaning and for the purposes of the National Roads Act.

No. 25A State Highway (Kopu-Hikuai) commencing from the junction with S.H. 26 at Kopu and proceeding in north-easterly direction to S.H. 25 at Hikuai.

Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Southland County) Notice 1968.
  2. The Southland County Council’s proposed classification of the road as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
