Land Taken for Maori Housing Purposes in the City of Hamilton
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of June 1968.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 26.7 perches, situated in the City of Hamilton, being Lot 7, D.P. 8102, being part Allotment 365, Parish of Te Rapa. All certificate of title, Volume 273, folio 197, South Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of May 1968.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 8.8 perches situated in the City of Christchurch, being that subdivision of Lot 2, D.P. 25841, comprised in certificate of title, Register 1c, folio 677, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of May 1968.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in roadways laid out by the Maori Land Court by orders dated the 29th day of November 1911 and the 18th day of July 1958, to be road.

ALL those pieces of land, situated in Block VI, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Suspending the Provisions of the Tramways Act 1908 in Respect of a Tramway at Ferrymead Historic Park, Christchurch, Operated by the Tramway Historical Society (Incorporated)
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 6 of the Tramways Amendment Act 1913, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, do hereby suspend the operation of:
(a) the Tramways Act 1908 and all amendments thereof with the exception of the Tramways Amendment Act 1913, and
(b) the Tram-drivers Regulations 1947, in respect of the tramway situated at Ferrymead Historic Park, Christchurch, operated by the Tramway Historical Society (Incorporated), provided that the Tramway Carriage Regulations 1947 and all amendments thereof shall continue in full force and effect as though the Tramways Act 1908 had not been suspended.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of May 1968.
