Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hamilton City Council on the 6th day of March 1968:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said city in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act."
