NOTICE OF PRIVATE BILL

MATAMATA COUNTY COUNCIL

IN THE MATTER of a Private Bill intituled an Act to enable The Tokoroa Agricultural and Pastoral Association to dispose of certain land in the County of Matamata, and to enter into arrangements with the Matamata County Council for use of the land and the adjoining recreation reserve.

The Matamata County Council, as the promoter, hereby gives notice that it intends to apply for leave to bring in the above Bill during the 1968 Parliamentary session.

Certain safeguards of the rights of the association following such transfer are embodied in the Bill. Communications or notices concerning the Bill may be sent to the Council at Rose Street, Tirau. Copies of the Bill may be inspected at the offices of the Council at Tirau or at Bonaly Street, Tokoroa.
