of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described
in the Schedule hereto for State housing purposes, and notice
is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required
to be taken is deposited in the post office at Porirua, and is
there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the
taking of the land should, if they have any objections to the
taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount
or payment of compensation set forth the same in writing and
send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication
of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington;
and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this
notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless
the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be
advised of the time and place of the hearing.

PURSUANT to sections 8A and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950,
the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that he approves
the Waimeha Domain and Waikanae Beach Foreshore and
Controlled Waters General Bylaw 1967 made by the Waimeha
Domain Board by special order passed at a special meeting
of the Board held on 8 November 1967 and confirmed on 13
December 1967.

Licensing Victor Albert Buckton to Occupy a Site for a
Pontoon Jetty in Kaituna River, Tauranga County

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits Victor Albert Buckton (hereinafter
called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators,
executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and
bed of the Kaituna River as shown on plan marked M.D.
12889 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department
at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a pontoon
jetty as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held
and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and
conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations
1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
day of May 1968.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars
($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall
be ten dollars ($10).
