Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 4) 1968
PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:
- (a) This notice shall be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 4) 1968.
(b) This notice shall come into force on 1 July 1968. - Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff Items specified in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirements of a licence under the said regulations.
- The exemption from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto included in the exempting notices shown in the Second Schedule are hereby withdrawn.

Social Security Act 1964—Maternity Notice
PURSUANT to section 112 (4) of the Social Security Act 1964, the Minister of Health gives notice that Robert George Bruce, M.D., Ch.B.(N.Z.), of 105 Church Street, Otahuhu, Auckland 6, has notified the Minister that he is unwilling to afford medical services in relation to maternity benefits on the terms provided for in section 112 of the Social Security Act 1964, and consequently he is entitled to recover fees in respect of his professional services as if that Act had not been passed.
