Kerikeri Fire Station Loan 1966-$6,200 PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 the Bay of Islands County Council hereby resolves as follows:

Drainage and Sewerage Additional Renewal Loan 1968-$11,000 PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Mount Roskill Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing annual charges on a loan of eleven thousand dollars ($11,000) authorised to be raised by the Mount Roskill Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for repayment of $11,000 borrowed for drainage and sewerage purposes, due and payable on the 12th day of May 1968, the said Mount Roskill Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought nought seven five of a cent in the dollar (.0075c in the $) upon the rateable value on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough of Mount Roskill; and that the said special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the said loan to be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being for a period of ten (10) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of thirty-six thousand dollars ($36,000) authorised to be raised by the Kaikohe Borough Council under the abovementioned Act for the purpose of constructing concrete footpaths, the said Kaikohe Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.00475 of a cent in the dollar ($) upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Kaikohe Borough District; and that the special rate shall be an annualrecurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of July and the 1st day of January in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of nine thousand four hundred dollars ($9,400) authorised to be raised by the Blenheim Borough Council under the abovementioned Act for the repayment of the balance of principal which would be outstanding on the Swimming Pool No. 2 Loan 1957, $13,000, which matured on 1 April 1968, the said Blenheim Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of fourteen one-thousandths of a cent (.014) in the dollar on the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property within the Borough of Blenheim; and that the said special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of fifteen (15) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
