in Block X, Kaingaroa Survey District; thence south-easterly
along a right line to Trig. Station 78A, Pekepeke, situated in
Block III, Wheao Survey District; thence southerly along a
right line to Trig. Station 76, Taupiri, situated in Block XII,
Wheao Survey District, along another right line to Trig.
Station F, Tiritiri, situated in Block III, Heruiwi Survey
District, and another right line to Trig. Station B, Pukeroa,
situated in Block XI, Heruiwi Survey District; thence south-
easterly along a right line to Trig. Station Te Taumutu
situated in Block XVI, Heruiwi Survey District, and along
another right line to a point, being the intersection of a right
line from the northernmost point of Lake Waikaremoana
and passing through a point 180 chains due north of Trig.
Station Maungataniwha, situated in Block XIV, Tuatawhata
Survey District, with a right line between Trig. Station 76A,
Tawhiwhau, aforesaid, and Trig. Station 69, Tataraokino,
situated in Block VIII, Tarawera Survey District; thence
south-easterly along a right line between that last-mentioned
point and a point in the middle of the Te Hoe River in line
with the south-western boundary of Heruiwi No. 4 Block, to
the south-eastern watershed of the Rangitaiki and Whakatane
Rivers situated in Block XIII, Tuwatawata Survey District;
thence generally south-westerly along that watershed to the
northernmost point of Pohokura No. 1 Block situated in
Block IV, Runanga Survey District; thence southerly and
easterly along the western and southern boundaries of
Pohokura No. 1 Block to the western boundary of Tatarakina
No. 11 Block; thence generally southerly along that last-
mentioned boundary and that boundary produced to the
middle of the Mohaka River; thence up the middle of the
Mohaka River to a point in line with the middle of the
Waipunga River; thence to and up the middle of the Waipunga
River to a point in line with the southern side of the road-
line in Tarawera No. 5A; thence north-westerly generally to
and along that side of the said roadway, and its production,
to the western side of No. 5 State Highway; thence south-
westerly generally along that roadside, to and along the
western side of Kowaro roadline to the north-eastern
boundary of Tarawera No. 8; thence north-westerly along
the last-mentioned boundary, and thence north-westerly,
south-westerly, and south-easterly along the north-eastern,
north-western, and south-western boundaries of Tarawera
No. 10A, including the crossing of Omarowa roadline, to a
point in line with the middle of a tributary of the Toropapa
Stream; thence south-westerly to and up the middle of that
tributary to its intersection with the southern boundary of
Block X, Tarawera Survey District, approximately 10 chains
east of the boundary between Blocks IX and X, Tarawera
Survey District; thence westerly along that block boundary and
the southern boundary of Block IX, Tarawera Survey District,
to its intersection with the eastern boundary of the South
Auckland Land District (N.Z. Gazette, 1936, p. 1806); thence
southerly along that boundary, and westerly along the south-
ern boundary of the said land district to the middle of the
said Mohaka River; thence generally south-westerly down
the middle of the said Mohaka River to a point in line with
the south-eastern boundary of Tapapa No. 3; thence south-
westerly to and along the said south-eastern boundary,
and thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary
of Tapapa No. 3, aforesaid, and its production to the middle
of the Oamaru Stream; thence south-westerly up the middle
of the said Oamaru Stream to a point in line with the north-
western boundary of Tapapa No. 1 and 2 Block, to and
along that boundary and its production to the middle of the
Ngaruroro River; thence down the middle of that river to
a right line between Trig. Station 26, Tauwheketewhango,
situated in Block XII, Mangamaire Survey District, and
Trig. Station 65A, situated in Block XXI, Kaweka Survey
District; thence westerly along that right line to Trig. Station
26 aforesaid; thence south-westerly along a right line to
Trig. Station 27, Motumatai, situated in Block XV, Manga-
maire Survey District; thence westerly along a right line to
Trig. Station 28, Manakaiapu, situated in Block XVI, Kaima-
nawa Survey District, and another right line to Trig. Station
Ruapehu, situated in Block XI, Ruapehu Survey District;
thence northerly along a right line to Trig. Station H, Parete-
taitonga, situated in Block XI aforesaid, and north-easterly
along another right line to Trig. Station D, Ngauruhoe,
situated in Block XVI, Tongarino Survey District; thence
northerly along a right line to Trig. Station Tongario No. 1,
situated in Block XII, Tongario Survey District, and north-
easterly along another right line to a point on the western
shore of Lake Taupo in the middle of the mouth of the
Waihi Stream in Block V, Puketi Survey District; thence
generally northerly along that shore to the southernmost
corner of Tihoi No. 1; thence generally northerly, westerly,
and again northerly along the western boundaries of Tihoi
No. 1, aforesaid, and part of Tihoi (3B 8B 2B, 3B 8B 3,
3B 8B 4, 3B 8B 6, 3B 8B 8) B Block, along the southern and
western boundaries of Tihoi No. 3B 8A, and another part of
Tihoi (3B 8B 2B, 3B 8B 3, 3B 8B 4, 3B 8B 6, 3B 8B 8) B Block,
to Trig. Station 1390, Pureora, situated in Block III, Hurakia
Survey District; thence northerly along the generally eastern
boundaries of part Maraeroa A 2, A 3A and A 3B 2 Blocks
to the northernmost corner of the last-mentioned block;
thence northerly along the western boundary of part of the
Pouakani Block and that boundary's production to the middle
of the Waitete Stream, down the middle of the said Waitete
Stream, and its production, to and down the middle of the
Waipapa Stream to the point of commencement; excluding
therefrom the Borough of Taupo hereinbefore described.

BOUNDARIES OF KAINGAROA RIDING OF COUNTY OF TAUPO
ALL that area in the South Auckland and Hawke's Bay Land
Districts, Taupo County, bounded by a line commencing at
the junction of the middle line of the Waikato River with
the production of the middle line of the Paetataramoa Stream
in Block IX, Takapau Survey District, and proceeding generally
easterly, southerly, and westerly along the boundary of
Taupo County, hereinbefore described, to a point in the
middle of the Oamaru Stream in line with the south-western
boundary of Tapapa No. 3; thence north-easterly down the
middle of the said Oamaru Stream to a point in line with
the eastern boundary of Kaimanawa No. 1A; thence generally
northerly to and along the said eastern boundary of
Kaimanawa No. 1A, and the eastern boundary of Kaimanawa
No. 1B, to the westernmost corner of Kaimanawa 1C situated
in Block V Maruanui Survey District; thence north-easterly
along the north-western boundaries of Kaimanawa 1C, the
Patehe Block and Wharetoto B to the south-western side
of a public road, along a right line to and north-easterly
along the north-western boundaries of Wharetoto B and
Wharetoto No. 8 to the southernmost corner of Part Tauhara

Middle No. 4A 2, crossing the intervening No. 5 State High-
way, to the westernmost corner of Part Lot 28, D.P. 29249;
thence north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of
part Lot 28, aforesaid, and Lot 1, D.P.S. 8748, to the south-
eastern side of Rotokawa Road; thence along a right line to
and north-easterly along the north-western boundary of Lot 1,

produced to the middle of the Parariki Stream; thence

BOUNDARIES OF TAUHARA RIDING OF COUNTY OF TAUPO
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Taupo
County, bounded by a line commencing at the confluence
of the Waikato River and the Parariki Stream in Block XII,
Tatua Survey District, and proceeding generally southerly
along the middle of the said Parariki Stream, to and generally
south-westerly along the generally south-eastern boundary
of Part Tauhara North Block to and generally westerly,
generally south-easterly and generally south-westerly along
the generally northern, generally south-western and generally
north-western boundaries of part Tauhara Middle 4A 2 Block
to the northernmost corner of part Tauhara Middle No. 4
Block (Permanent State Forest N.Z. Gazette, 1931, page
3412); thence generally south-westerly along the generally
north-western boundary of the last-mentioned block and its
production to the middle of the Waitahanui Stream; thence
up the middle of that stream to the north-eastern boundary
of part Tauhara South A Block; thence generally north-
westerly along that boundary and the generally north-eastern
boundary of Part Tauhara South B Block; crossing the inter-
vening National State Highway No. 1, to the eastern shore
of Lake Taupo; thence generally northerly along that lake
shore, to and generally easterly, generally northerly and
generally south-westerly along the boundaries of the Borough

right line to and along the said boundary and the northern
boundary of part Section 2, Block IV, Tuhingamata East
Survey District, to and generally northerly along the generally
western boundaries of Rangitira No. 2 Block, and Oruamutu-
rangi Block, to and generally north-easterly along the generally
north-western boundary of part Wairakei Block, as shown

of the Oruanui-Taupo Road; thence generally north-westerly
along the middle of that road to a point in line with the
north-western boundary of part Section 2, Block X, Tatua
Survey District; thence north-easterly along a right line to
and along the said boundary and its production to the middle
of a closed road; thence northerly along the middle of that
closed road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary
of part Section 9, Block X, Tatua Survey District, as shown

to and along the said north-eastern boundary crossing the
intervening National State Highways Nos. 1 and 5, to and
