Notice Prohibiting the Standing of Vehicles on Roads

It is hereby notified that pursuant to the National Roads Board Bylaw 1958, No. 1*, the Board has, by resolution carried at its meeting on 21 February 1967, prohibited the standing of vehicles on the portions of State Highways 26 and 27 as shown in red on plan M.O.W. 14111.

Acquisition of Land as Part of the Mangamuka Gorge Scenic Reserve

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of Part IV of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, as an addition to the Mangamuka Gorge Scenic Reserve.

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired as a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, as an addition to the Waimeha Domain, to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Roll of Producers Qualified to Vote in Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee Election (Notice No. Ag. 10225)

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to clause 11 of the Schedule to the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1950 that:

(1) The roll of those producers qualified to vote for the election of four producers' representatives to the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following offices of the Department of Agriculture: Head Office Wellington, Christchurch, Ashburton, and Rangiora.

(2) The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of seven days from 15 May 1968.

(3) Nomination forms may be obtained upon application at any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Department of Agriculture, Christchurch. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 18th day of June 1968.

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to clause 11 of the Schedule to the Otago Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1950 that:

  1. The roll of those producers qualified to vote for the election of two producers' representatives in the Northern Ward to the Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the offices of the following:

(a) Department of Agriculture: at Head Office, Wellington; at Timaru; and at Waimate.

(b) Post Office, Temuka.

  1. The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of seven days from the 15th day of May 1968, during which period any person may lodge with the Returning Officer an objection, in writing under his hand, to any entry on the roll.

  2. Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Department of Agriculture, Dunedin. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 12th day of June 1968.

  2. Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Department of Agriculture, Dunedin. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 12th day of June 1968.

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 (as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities Loans Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.
