PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Land Resumed, Road Closed in Block XII, Otaio Survey District, Waimate County, and Incorporated in Crown Lease

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby resumes the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Third and Fourth Schedules hereto; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto and the land resumed in the Second Schedule hereto shall be incorporated in the lease held from Her Majesty the Queen by Maud Annie Schmelz, of Springbrook, under and by virtue of Crown lease recorded in register book, Volume 181, folio 70, Canterbury Land Registry; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto shall be incorporated in the lease held from Her Majesty the Queen by Ian Alexander Craig, of St. Andrews, labourer, under and by virtue of Crown lease recorded in register book, Volume 163, folio 19, Canterbury Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and that when closed it shall vest in Hector Selwyn McGovern, of Rangitumau, near Masterton, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 606943, Wellington Land Registry, and also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purpose of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
