PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be set apart for road, and hereby revokes the notice dated the 30th day of November 1967 and published in Gazette, 25 January 1968, No. 4, page 77, declaring Crown land set apart for road in Block VI, Stonyhurst Survey District, and Block XI, Waikari Survey District, Waipara County, in so far as it affects the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
