The Road Classification (Inglewood County) Notice 1968
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955* the Commissioner of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Inglewood County) Notice 1968.
- The Inglewood County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
- The Warrant dated the 28th day of June 1950† and the Warrant dated the 2nd day of December 1963‡ both relating to roads in the Inglewood County are hereby revoked.

Barry, Bristol, Clarke, Dudley, Davis, Durham, Egmont, Everett, Johns, Junction, Kaimata, Kupara, King, Lincoln, Lepper, Mana, Motukawa, Makara, Mangaone, Norfolk, Ngaro, Old Mountain, Otaraoa, Rimutauteka, Ross, Richmond, Ratapiko, Roddy, Rugby, Suffolk (from Norfolk Road to northern extremity) Surrey, Salisbury, Tariki, Upland, Wortley, Windsor, York.

All other roads in Inglewood County.

Tauranga Development Scheme Amending Notice 1968, No. 1
WHEREAS by virtue of the notices described in the First Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953:
And whereas by reason of an amalgamation of titles the land is now known by the description shown in the Third Schedule hereto and it is considered necessary to have the notices described in the First Schedule hereto amended or replaced:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE
- This notice may be described as the Tauranga Development Scheme Amending Notice 1968, No. 1.
- The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
- The land described in the Third Schedule is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Plant Declared a Noxious Weed in the County of Opotiki (Notice No. Ag. 10212)
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under section 9 of the Department of Agriculture Act 1953 for the purpose of the said section, the following special order made by the Opotiki County Council on the 13th day of March 1968 is hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
THAT the Opotiki County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, hereby resolves and declares by way of special order that the following plant, being a plant mentioned in the First Schedule to the said Act, is a noxious weed within the County of Opotiki.
Tutsan (Hypericum androsaemum).

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under section 9 of the Department of Agriculture Act 1953 for the purpose of the said section, the following special order made by the Waimairi County Council on the 28th day of December 1966 is hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in it in that behalf by the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Waimairi County Council hereby declares the following weeds to be noxious weeds within the County of Waimairi:
Caper Spurge (Euphorbia lathyris).
Barley Grass (Hordeum murinum).
Inkweed (Phytolacca octandra).
Sedge (Carex longebrachiata also known as Carex longifolia).
