Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes
of the Ngauranga - Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of
Wellington

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate
in the land described in the Schedule hereto held by Tinakori
Service Station Limited from Her Majesty the Queen under the
Land Act 1948 by virtue of unregistered renewable lease No.
R.L.C. 35 (being formerly all lease No. 23432, Wellington
Land Registry), is hereby taken for the purposes of the
Ngauranga - Basin Reserve Motorway, from and after the
6th day of May 1968.

ALL that piece of land containing 33.9 perches situated in the
City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., and being parts of
Sections 605 and 606, Town of Wellington, and being also

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work Subject to
a Mining Interest to be Crown Land

port hereby gives the following notice.

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Kumara Borough)
   Notice 1968.

   excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section
   52 of the Transport Act 1962.
3. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby
   declared to be a 40-miles an hour speed limit area for the
   purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

Pursuant to subclause 5 of regulation 18 of the Traffic Regu-
lations 1956*, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the
following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Paparua County)
   Notice 1968.
2. The Minister of Transport hereby consents to the erection
   of flashing red lights at the places described in the Schedule
   hereto for the purposes of traffic control in terms of regula-
   tion 18 subclause 4 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

on each side of the intersection of the said Paparua Road
with the prolongation of the middle line of the runway which

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waikato County)
   Notice 1968.
2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby de-
   clared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of regulation
   27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
3. The Warrant under regulation 27 of the Traffic Regu-
   lations 1956* dated the 1st day of April 1967t which relates
   to No. 2 State Highway at Maramarua in Waikato County
   is hereby revoked.
