Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Picton (hereinafter referred to as the licensee), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.

CONDITIONS
IMPLIED CONDITIONS
- The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961 shall be incorporated in and shall form part of this licence except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS
- The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and with all regulations hereinafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor respectively.
SYSTEM OF SUPPLY
- The system of supply shall be as described in paragraph (d) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, and shall be an alternating-current system.
DURATION OF LICENCE
- Unless sooner lawfully determined this licence shall continue in force until the 31st day of March 1989 or until a supply of electricity is available from an electric power board or other public source of supply, whichever is the earlier.

SCHEDULE
LINES for the supply of electrical energy by the system of supply hereinbefore described, commencing from the licensee’s generator and proceeding as follows:
(a) In a northerly direction across a public road to wharf installations.
(b) In a south-westerly direction generally across a public road to guest cottages, hotel, and associated buildings.
All being situated in Part 101, and Part 93, D.P. 1152, Block IV, Linkwater Survey District, in the County of Sounds; the said lines and buildings being more particularly shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 476 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

PURSUANT to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

This order may be cited as the Newman Cemetery Closing Order 1968.

It is hereby directed that the Newman Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed and burials therein discontinued after the 31st day of October 1968.

As from the 31st day of October 1968 the control and management of the closed Newman Cemetery shall vest in the Ekatahuna County Council.

SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, Ekatahuna County, containing 14 perches, more or less, being Section 121, Newman Suburban, situated in Block VI, Mangaone Survey District (S.O. 27027).

THE land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby exempted from the operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land within the Brunner Borough containing by way of admeasurement 34.5 perches, more or less, described as Lot 3, D.P. 1013, being part sections 113 and 114 of square 119, situated in Block IX, Mawheranui Survey District, and being part of certificate of title, Volume 1B, folio 694 (Westland Registry).
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 10th day of April 1968.
