CORRIGENDUM
IN the Schedule to the consent dated the 29th day of March 1968 given by an Assistant Secretary to the Treasury to the raising of loans by certain local authorities, which appears in Gazette, No. 18, 4 April 1968, page 557, the words “Whakatane Borough Council: Supplementary Ancillary Floor Protection Works Loan 1968” should read “Whakatane Borough Council: Supplementary Ancillary Flood Protection Works Loan 1968”.
Land Taken for Street in the City of Whangarei

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of May 1968.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1.8 perches situated in Block VIII, Purua Survey District, City of Whangarei, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 2, Whangarei Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22032 (S.O. 45513) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of April 1968.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of and in connection with street-widening and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Napier as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of May 1968.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the extension of an existing street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of May 1968.
