A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of April 1968.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block V, Mapara Survey District, described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22034 (S.O. 9594) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Revoking a Proclamation Declaring an Area in the Rotorua Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation issued on the 28th day of March 1958* declaring an area of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Wairoa County, in the Rotorua Acclimatisation District, to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953, as shown on plan marked I.A. 52/283 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of April 1968.
