Declaring Land and Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for Buildings of the General Government in the City of Wellington

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto held by Editha Maud Rhind, married woman, of Wellington, from the Wellington Hospital Board by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 426249, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government from and after the 22nd day of April 1968.

FIRST SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land situated in the Town of Wellington containing 10 perches, being part of Section 539. All certificate of title, Volume 401, folio 52 (limited as to parcels), Wellington Land Registry.

SECOND SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land situated in the Town of Wellington containing 17.38 perches, being part Section 539. All the land in lease No. 426249, Wellington Registry.
