Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Ta Kere Haka Scenic Reserve
PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Ta Kere Haka Scenic Reserve.

New Zealand Dairy Board—Notice of Election of Members for Northern Ward No. 1
I, Jack Lionel Wright, returning officer appointed under section 10 of the Dairy Board Act 1961, do hereby give notice of a poll to elect a member for the Northern Ward No. 1 on the New Zealand Dairy Board, and do hereby give further notice that Wednesday, 17 April 1968, is the date on which the rolls of electors for this Ward shall be closed; that the nominations of candidates for the election of one member for the said Ward must be in my hands by noon on Wednesday, 15 May 1968; and that in the event of more than one candidate being nominated in the said Ward a poll will be held and such poll will be closed at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, 26 June 1968.

Notice of Varied Hours for Sale of Liquor at the Imperial Hotel, New Plymouth
PURSUANT to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as inserted by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act (No. 2) 1967, I, John Lochiel Robson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Taranaki Licensing Committee, on 21 March 1968, made an order fixing hours other than the usual hours for opening and closing the Imperial Hotel, Devon Street West, New Plymouth, for the sale of liquor to the public, namely that such hotel premises be authorised to open at nine o’clock in the morning and close at seven o’clock in the evening, Monday to Saturday inclusive.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
