At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 25th day of

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents
to the Whangarei County Council stopping the portions of
road described in the First and Second Schedules hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 2 acres and 6.8 perches
situated in Blocks XII and XVI, Hukerenui Survey District,
North Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through part
Allotment N. 37 on D.P. 6886 and Allotments N.W. 33 and
S. 33, Hikurangi Parish.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 2 acres and 13.5 perches
situated in Block XVI, Hukerenui Survey District, North
Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through part Allotment
N. 37 on D.P. 6886 and Allotments S. 33 and N. 34, Hikurangi
Parish.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 22000 (S.O. 41391) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
green.

Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents
to the Otamatea County Council stopping the service lane
described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that service lane containing 8 perches situated in Block
III, Otamatea Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and
being Lot 3, D.P. 48074; as the same is more particularly

deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured green.

The Wanganui Jewish Cemetery Closing and Clearance Order

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 25th day of

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, His Excell-
lency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following
order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Wanganui Jewish Cem-
etery Closing and Clearance Order 1968. - It is hereby directed that the Wanganui Jewish Cem-
etery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, shall
be closed and burials therein discontinued after the 31st day
October 1968, and it is hereby further directed that, not-
withstanding anything in section 41 or section 42 of the Burial
and Cremation Act 1964, no further burials shall take place
in that cemetery after that day. - As from the 31st day of October 1968 the control and
management of the closed Wanganui Jewish Cemetery shall
vest in the Wanganui City Council. - The Wanganui City Council is hereby authorised to
remove all monuments and tablets erected in the closed
Wanganui Jewish Cemetery.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District containing
19.57 perches, more or less, being Section 545, Town of
Wanganui, situated in Block IX, Westmere Survey District
(S.O. Plan 24764).

lectually Handicapped Children's Society (Incorporated),
Whangarei Order 1968. - Exemption is hereby granted to the Northland Branch,
Intellectually Handicapped Children's Society (Incorporated),
Whangarei, an organisation approved by the Minister of
Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment
Promotion Act 1960, in respect of the sheltered workshop at
