Licensing Waiheke Boating Club Incorporated to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp at Ostend Point, Putiki Bay, Waiheke Island
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Waiheke Boating Club Incorporated (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Ostend Point, Putiki Bay, Waiheke Island, as shown on plan marked M.D. 12753 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of January 1968.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6).

Licensing Waihau Bay Sports Fishing Club (Inc.) to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp at Waihau Bay, Bay of Plenty

FIRST SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

DUES

    (a) For one day or part thereof and up to three days, $1.25.
    (b) For three days and up to six days, $1.50.
    (c) For seven days, $2.00.
    (d) For each day or part thereof over seven days, 15c.
  2. Every person who is not a member of the Waihau Bay Sports Fishing Club (Incorporated) and who shall use the said boat ramp with any boat shall pay the following dues to the said Club for the use thereof:
    (a) For one day or part thereof and up to three days, $2.50.
    (b) For three days and up to six days, $3.00.
    (c) For seven days, $4.00.
    (d) For each day or part thereof over seven days, 30c.

The Motor Launch (Five Mile Beach, Lake Taupo) Notice 1967β€”Department of Internal Affairs
Pursuant to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962*, the Minister of Marine hereby gives the following notice:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch (Five Mile Beach, Lake Taupo) Notice 1967.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette, and shall remain in force for a period of five years after that date.
  2. Subject to the conditions set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, regulations 11 and 12 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 shall not apply with respect to the area described in the First Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
All that area of water at Five Mile Beach, Lake Taupo, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 600 yd apart extending in a 250Β° true direction 200 yd from the edge of the water, the south-eastern boundary commencing 200 yd north-westwards of the access road at the southern end of the Lands and Survey Department fenced block.
