PURSUANT to the Milk Act 1944, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

O R D E R

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Arrowtown, Queenstown, and Palmerston Milk Supply Approval Order 1967.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

  2. The company known as the Dairy Farmers Co-operative Milk Supply Co. Ltd. is hereby approved as the Supply Association for the Arrowtown, Queenstown, and Palmerston Milk Marketing Districts as defined in the First Schedule of the Milk Marketing Order 1962*.

PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

O R D E R

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Kiwitahi Rabbit District Vesting Order 1967.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

  2. The real and personal property of the Kiwitahi Rabbit District which was abolished by the Kiwitahi Rabbit District Order 1967* is hereby vested in the Waikato County Rabbit Board as to a two-fifths share and in the Piako County Rabbit Board as to a three-fifths share.

Lieutenant Commander J. Grant, engagement extended to 7 February 1971.

Lieutenant Commander B. F. Goddard, released (own request) and placed on the Retired List, to date 26 September 1967.

Lieutenant Commander D. G. Bamfield, granted acting rank of Commander whilst holding present post, to date 10 November 1967.

Lieutenant Commander N. W. Hutcherson, engagement extended to 10 October 1967. Released (reverted to RNZNVR: short-service engagement completed), to date 11 October 1967.
