Land Taken for Road in Block XI, Motueka Survey District, Waimea County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road as from the date hereinafter mentioned, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of January 1968.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 26.3 perches situated in Block XI, Motueka Survey District, Nelson R.D., and being part section 43, District of Moutere, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21815 (S.O. 10607) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of November 1967.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 11th day of December 1967

RIGHT HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Matamata County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those portions of road situated in Block XI, Patetere North Survey District, described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 0 7.7 Lot 1, D.P. 19039.
0 1 0.5 Part Lot 2, D.P. 19039, and part Section 32, Block XI, Patetere North Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21812 (S.O. 43842) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to the Milk Act 1944, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
-
(1) This order may be cited as the Bay of Islands Milk Supply Approval Order 1967.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. -
The company known as the Bay of Islands Co-operative Milk Producers Ltd. is hereby approved as the Supply Association for the Bay of Islands Milk District as constituted by the Bay of Islands Milk District Order 1962*.
