NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF CAPITAL

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Cadbury Fry Hudson Ltd., notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court dated the 18th day of March 1968 confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $7,000,000 to $6,600,000 and the minute approved by the Court, showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above Statute, was registered by the Registrar of Companies at Dunedin on the 29th day of March 1968. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

“The amount of share capital of Cadbury Fry Hudson Ltd. as altered by order of the Supreme Court confirming the reduction of the share capital of the company is $6,600,000 divided into 3,300,000 ordinary shares of $2 each all of which have been issued and are deemed to be fully paid up”.

BAY OF ISLANDS COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Bay of Islands County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a road within the County of Bay of Islands and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the clerk to the said Council situate on Main Road, Kawakawa, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons, during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the 29th day of March 1968 being the day of the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk at the County Office, Main Road, Kawakawa.

Situated in Block XV, Bay of Islands Survey District. Situated in Blocks XV, Bay of Islands and III, Russell Survey Districts.

Situated in Blocks III and IV, Russell Survey District, and Block XV, Bay of Islands Survey District; as the same are more particularly delineated on S.O. Plans 45160 and 45161 deposited in the office of the Lands and Survey Department, Auckland.

NOTE—The land required is for the Rawhiti Ngaiotonga Road.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO STOP ROAD

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and in the matter of a proposal to stop a piece of road in the County of Bay of Islands, public notice is hereby given that the Bay of Islands County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act to stop the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto, and notice is hereby given that a plan of the said pieces of road so proposed to be stopped is deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the said Council, situated on Main Road, Kawakawa, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours from 29 March 1968 to 10 May 1968.

All persons objecting to the above proposal must lodge their objection in writing at the office of the Council on or before the 10th day of May 1968.

TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD AND TO STOP ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road, and for the purposes of that public work the land described in the First Schedule hereto is required to be taken, and the portions of the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, are required to be stopped. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land to be taken and the portions of the road required to be stopped, is deposited in the office of the Tauranga County Council, Barke’s Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, and is there open for inspection, that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land or by the stopping of the said portions of road should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land or the stopping of the said portions of road, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Tauranga County Council at Tauranga, and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the Council meeting at which the hearing will be held.
