Licensing William Andrew Cleghorn to Occupy a Site for a Jetty, Walkway, and Shed in Riverton Harbour
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits William Andrew Cleghorn (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea in Riverton Harbour as shown on plan marked M.D. 12680 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty, walkway, and shed as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of April 1968.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be thirteen dollars ($13).

The Traffic (Hawke’s Bay County) Notice 1968
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hawke’s Bay County) Notice 1968.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, to the intent that a person driving any motor vehicle thereon at any time during the period commencing with the 20th day of December in each year and ending with the Tuesday following Easter shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of 30 miles an hour fixed by the said section.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purposes of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956* to the intent that a person driving any motor vehicle thereon during the period commencing with the Wednesday following Easter each year and ending with the 19th day of December shall be subject to the speed limitation fixed by the said regulation.

So much of the Warrant under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 dated the 28th day of June 1967† which relates to Waimarama Township, Hawke’s Bay County is hereby revoked.

The Traffic (Hawke’s Bay County) Notice 1967‡ and The Traffic (Hawke’s Bay County) Notice No. 3 1967§ are hereby revoked.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Ellesmere County) Notice 1968.

The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
