The Traffic (Hutt County) Notice 1968
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hutt County)
   Notice 1968.
2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby
   declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of
   regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Manawatu County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How the Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for plantation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Waitemata County Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Waitemata County Council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
