Block II, Belmont Survey District, City of Porirua, Wellington
R.D., and being Lot 2, on the plan marked M.O.W. 22088
(H.D.W. 33690) deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered green and being
part Section 62, Porirua District. Part Proclamation No.
450734, Wellington Land Registry.

Licensing Manukau City Council to Occupy a Site for a Boat
Ramp at Halfmoon Bay in the Tamaki River
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits Manukau City Council (herein-
after called the licensee, which term shall include its successors
or assigns unless the context requires a different construction)
to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the
Tamaki River at Halfmoon Bay, as shown on plan marked
M.D. 12797 and deposited in the office of the Marine Depart-
ment at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon
a boat ramp as shown on the said plan, such licence to be
held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regu-
lations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
day of March 1968.
(3) The annual sum payable by the licensee shall be two
dollars ($2).

Licensing Stewart Island Fishermen's Co-operative Ltd. to
Occupy a Site for an Extension (With Shed) of the Half-
moon Bay Wharf, Stewart Island
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits Stewart Island Fishermen's Co-
operative Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term
shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires
a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed
of the sea at Halfmoon Bay, Stewart Island, as shown on plan
marked M.D. 12846 and deposited in the office of the Marine
Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining
thereon an extension (with shed) of the Halfmoon Bay Wharf,
as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and
enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and
conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regu-
lations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
day of March 1968.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten
dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee
shall be twenty dollars ($20).

Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work at Katikati
and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

from the 25th day of March 1968.

The Traffic (Timaru City) Notice 1968
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Timaru City)
Notice 1968. - The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are
hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by
section 52 of the Transport Act 1962. - The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are
hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purposes of
regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*. - The roads specified in the Third Schedule hereto are
hereby declared to be a 40-miles an hour speed limit area
for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations
1956*. - The Warrant under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962
and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956* dated the
27th day of October 1966β which relates to roads in Timaru
City is hereby revoked.
