Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that a meeting
of creditors will be held at the Radiant Living Hall, 203
Warren Street, Hastings, on Wednesday the 27th day of March
1968 at 10.30 a.m., at which an account will be laid before
it showing how the winding up of the company has been
conducted and the property of the company disposed of.

Hastings) not later than 4 p.m. on the 26th day of March

hereby given that a meeting of the members of Averon Lodge
Ltd. will be held on Monday the 1st day of April 1968 at
which a resolution for voluntary winding up is to be proposed
and that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be
held pursuant to section 284 of the companies Act 1955 at

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Bulk Water Supply Loan No. 16, 1967-$1,000,000: 1st Issue
$200,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and the
Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, the Auckland Regional
Authority has resolved to the following effect:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of $200,000 authorised to be raised by the Auckland Regional
Authority under the above-mentioned Acts for the purpose of
meeting costs and expenses of and incidental to the upgrading of
the western and northern transmission systems of the bulk water
supply, the Auckland Regional Authority hereby makes a special
rate of the several amounts in the dollar set out in the fourth
column of the Schedule hereto on the rateable values set against
such amounts respectively in the third column of such Schedule
of all rateable property of the local authorities listed in the first
column of such Schedule and set out against such amounts and
rateable values respectively; and that the special rate shall be an
annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, which shall
at the lender's option be for periods of six, 10, or 20 years from
1 March 1968, or until the loan is fully paid off."
