BOUNDARIES OF BOROUGH OF DEVONPORT
ALL that area of approximately 1,100 acres in the North Auckland Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the line of mean high water along the shores of the Hauraki Gulf in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District, being the northernmost corner of Lot 17, D.P. 7449, and proceeding easterly along the production of the north-western boundary of that lot to and southerly, westerly, and north-easterly generally along the line of mean low water along the shores of the Hauraki Gulf, the Waitemata Harbour, and Ngataringa Bay to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 24, D.P. 46166; thence north-easterly to and along that boundary and continuing along the south-eastern boundary of the City of Takapuna hereinbefore described to the point of commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF BOROUGH OF NORTHCOTE
ALL that area of approximately 1,197 acres in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Lot 4, Deeds Plan 782, in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of that lot to and along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 10, 8, 7, and 1, D.P. 54955, and along a right line across Evelyn Place to the northernmost corner of Lot 27; thence along the north-eastern boundaries of the said Lot 27 and Lot 26 (both the aforesaid lots being of D.P. 54955) and Lot 6, D.P. 39353, to the easternmost corner of that lot, and southerly along a right line across Northcote Road to the westernmost corner of Lot 91, D.P. 21894; thence again south-easterly along the south-western boundary of that lot to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 57, D.P. 21894, and north-easterly to and along the last-mentioned boundary to and easterly generally along the generally northern boundary of Lot 73, D.P. 45481, the northern end of College Road and the north-eastern boundary of Lot 74, D.P. 21894, to and along the generally north-western and north-eastern boundaries of an area of 1 acre and 9 perches, being part of the Auckland-Albany Motorway and adjoining reclaimed land, and shown on S.O. Plan 45062, to and southerly generally along the line of mean high water along the generally western shores of Shoal Bay to and westerly along the southern boundary of an area of 1 acre and 30 perches shown on S.O. Plan 42383, southerly along the eastern boundary of an area of 5 acres and 2 roods, also shown on S.O. Plan 42383, and still southerly and then north-westerly generally along the line of mean high water along the generally western shores of Shoal Bay and the eastern shores of Little Shoal Boy, and continuing along the line of mean high water along the northern shores of Little Shoal Bay as shown on S.O. Plan 14228 to the south-western corner of Allotment 55, Takapuna Parish; thence northerly along the western boundary of that allotment and that boundary produced to the northern side of Onewa Road, and westerly and then northerly along that roadside and the eastern side of Kauri Glen Road to the south-western corner of Allotment 8, Takapuna Parish; thence easterly along the southern boundaries of that allotment (and the intervening Allotment 345) to and northerly along the eastern boundaries of the said Allotment 8, Lot 4, D.P. 45617, Lot 4, D.P. 56195, and Lots 1 and 3, D.P. 41871, to the southern side of Pupuke Road; thence along a right line crossing the said road to the easternmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 50689, and north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of that lot and continuing along the south-western boundaries of Allotment 96, Takapuna Parish, and Lot 23, D.P. 56054, the south-western end of a public street, the south-western boundaries of Lot 24, D.P. 56054, and Lots 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34, and 36, D.P. 56937, and north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of the last-mentioned lot and of Lots 38, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, and 49, D.P. 56937, Lot 3, D.P. 37456, and Lots 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, and 10, D.P. 52111, and along a right line across Lynden Avenue to the western corner of Lot 9, D.P. 52111; thence still north-easterly along the north-western boundary of the last-mentioned lot, along a right line to the westernmost corner of Lot 9, D.P. 53331, and along the north-western boundaries of that lot and of Lots 10 and 11, D.P. 53331, and Lot 1, D.P. 18327, and along a right line across Hillcrest Road to the western corner of Lot 1, D.P. 45574; thence along the north-western boundary of that lot and of Lot 4, Deeds Plan 782, to the point of commencement.

ALL that area in the Southland and Otago Land Districts bounded by a line commencing at the mouth of the Waimatuku Stream, and proceeding north-westerly and south-easterly along the middle of the Waimatuku Stream to a point in line with the middle of the new channel through Sections 2A and 1A, Block XIX, New River Hundred, approximately 1750 links south-east from the westernmost corner of the said Section 2A; thence to and along the middle of the said new channel on a bearing of 352Β° 45' to the middle of the said Waimatuku Stream; thence along the middle of the said Waimatuku Stream to a point in line with the middle of the said new channel; thence on a bearing of 23Β° 30' to and along the middle of the said new channel which follows the south-eastern boundary of Section 10, Block XIX aforesaid, to the middle of the said Waimatuku Stream; thence northerly generally along the middle of the said Waimatuku Stream to the middle of the Fairfax - Isla Bank Road; thence due east along the middle of the said road to the middle of Boundary Road; thence northerly generally along the middle of Boundary Road, the Winton-Otautau Road and a public road forming the eastern boundary of the Village of Drummond to a point in line with the southern boundary of part Lot 19B, L.T. 242; thence easterly to and along the southern boundaries of the said part Lot 19B, Lots 17, 16, and 15, D.P. 207, and the production of that boundary to the middle of a public road forming the eastern boundary of the last-mentioned lot; thence northerly generally along the middle of that road and Hamilton Road, to the middle of Mayfield Road; thence easterly and north-easterly along the middle of Mayfield Road to the middle of the State Highway No. 96; thence north-westerly generally along the middle of the said State Highway No. 96 to Hundred Line Road; thence easterly along the middle of the said road to the western boundary of Section 334, Block XL, Taringatura Survey District; thence due north to and along the western boundary of Section 334 aforesaid, the western boundaries of Sections 335, 346, and 345, Block XL aforesaid, the western boundaries of Sections 344, 197, and 198, Block XXXV, Taringatura Survey District, and the western boundary of Section 395, Block XXXIII, Taringatura Survey District, and along a right line being the production of that boundary to a point in line with the southern boundary of Section 434, Block XXIX, Taringatura Survey District; thence easterly along a right line to the south-western corner of Section 434 aforesaid; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of Section 369, Block XXVIII, Taringatura Survey District, and Sections 368 and 367, Block XXII, Taringatura Survey District, to the line forming the southern boundary of Run 150B, Block XVIII, Taringatura Survey District; thence easterly along the southern boundaries of Run 150B and part Section 186, Block XVIII, Taringatura Survey District, Section 261 and that boundary produced across Section 406, Block XIX, Taringatura Survey District, and along the northern side of Boundary Road and the production of that line to the middle of the Oreti River; thence northerly generally along the centre of the Oreti River to a point due west of Hummock Peak; thence along a right line due east to Hummock Peak; thence northerly generally along the summit of the watershed by Mount Lookup and the Thomson Range to Round Peaks; thence westerly along a right line to Moffat Peak and Mount Eglinton; thence northerly generally along the summit of the Earl Mountains to a point near Mount Anau and in line with the Castle Mountain and Cloudy Pass; thence north-westerly along a right line over the Castle Mountain to Cloudy Pass, Bligh Sound; thence southerly generally along the sea coast to the tip of the south-eastern arm of George Sound; thence southerly generally by right lines passing through Barrier Peaks, Mount Pisgah, Mount Lyall, Mount Owen, Forward Peak, the northernmost peak of Jackson Peaks, Cone Peak, Flat Mountain, Crescent Mountain, Mount Burns, Mount Cuthbert, Gleughearn Peak, Oblong Hill, and the Hump to Sand Hill Point; thence south-easterly generally along the sea coast to the point of commencement, excluding therefrom the Borough of Riverton and the Town District of Otautau, as described in Gazette, 1959, page 463, and Gazette, 1938, page 1086.

Reserve Bank of New Zealand
Pursuant to section 33 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964, the Reserve Bank, acting with the approval of the Minister of Finance, hereby gives notice that as at the close of business on 8 March 1968, and until further notice, balances to be maintained in the Reserve Bank by each trading bank shall be equal to an amount not less than the aggregate of: 1 percent of that bank's demand deposits in New Zealand plus 1 percent of that bank's time deposits in New Zealand as shown in the last preceding monthly return furnished by that bank in accordance with section 31 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964.
