The Traffic (Waipawa County) Notice 1968

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waipawa County) Notice 1968.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The Warrant under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936 dated the 15th day of July 1937* which relates to Takapau in Waipawa County is hereby revoked.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Southern Hawke's Bay Rabbit Board and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Declaration That Part of the Waipawa Domain Shall Be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Waipawa Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act and, further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
