WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a public road for which purpose the land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.
A plan of the land required to be taken as aforesaid lies open to public inspection at the office of the Council in Bank Street, Te Awamutu. Every person affected is hereby called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of such work or to the taking of such land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send such written objection to the Waipa County Council within 40 days from the first publication of this notice.
A public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
This land is to be taken to improve the alignment of Bowman’s Road.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Whakatane County Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, to execute the public works hereunder mentioned and for the purposes of which public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the said Whakatane County Council situated at the Strand, Whakatane, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during the ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing and send the same within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Clerk of the said Council at the said office.
